Monthly check in - Scale is in the garbage

I have always relied upon the scale as an indicator of my body. What a mind F*#! the scale can be. So it's been ditched and May 28th I took measurements rather than pounds.

May 28 June 30

Waist 31.5" 31"

Hips 33.5" 33"

Butt 38" 37.5"

Thigh 22" 20.5"

Another realization that I finally had is that exercise is like 10% while food is 90%. I've kicked the carbs and my cravings for sugar, alcohol, crackers, and chips have vanished. I use to suffer from evening cravings and now that those are gone I can really focus on my overall goals.

I'm feeling fantastic, full of energy, life, and love. I can't wait to see what next month's check-in will look like.
