New goal + Too much stretching?

Hey guys!

So Ever since I’ve started working out, stretching has always been something I look forward to the least 😂

However, I know how amazing the benefits are and I desperately want to increase my flexibility! So I’ve decided to make one of my fitness goals a stretching related one: I want to be as flexible as possible!

The way I’m going to get to this goal is by stretching every day for roughly 30 minutes! I want to do it before bed because at night, you’re apparently he most flexible as compared to when you just woke up.

I’ve been doing this for two days now and have officially decided to make it a goal by writing about it in the community!

I did have a slight concern though, could too much stretching be detrimental? Is there a thing as too much stretching? Thanks for reading, and any advice is highly appreciated!
