June check in - Accomplished

Hello everyone! Hope you're all having a great week. So inspired seeing everyone's June check in so decided to do one too 😁💪🏾

We've actually started the FB Fit 8 week program this week after taking a break last week from Tuesday (4 days off). Our bodies were working hard consistently over the last 10 weeks doing workout programs as well as the 5 day challenges. Our muscles were sore and achy so this was a much needed rest.

It was great to be able to take that break and swing back into things. A few days off isn't going to set back your progress. Feeling very motivated and excited to be working out again. June went so fast for us and just taking a moment to appreciate our commitment and progress.
