Burnt out from working out?

Hi everyone!

So just within the last week I've been feeling really exhausted and I've noticed a lot of my joints and muscles are hurting just in everyday life (bending down, walking etc).

I recently got a puppy so I'm pretty worn out from that anyway haha! But I work out 4 times a week and I'm starting to feel pain in areas I don't usually. For example, just above my knees is really achy and sore at the moment and my lower back is also.

I'm not sure whether I need to just take a break and have a week off to rest.. I don't feel great when I don't work out but I'm worried I'm overdoing it pushing through pain!
