Ok this recipe sounds a bit crazy but it actually works!
3 medium or 2 large bananas (320 g) mashed, the riper and spottier, the better!
1/2 cup nut or seed butter
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Taste your batter and add sweetener to your taste. Mine was fine without bc my bananas were overly ripe.
Mix it all up and bake in a loaf pan for 8 brownies.
25 minutes at 350*F
