We get versions of this question a lot, “can I do the same workout every day?”
The short answer is that some activity/exercise is better than none, but if you keep your body guessing by changing up your workouts, you will get more out of it.
We suggest trying to keep your routines as different as possible from week to week to get the most out of each individual workout. Keeping your body guessing is definitely the way to go!
