Weekly goals june 29th-juli 6th

June is coming to an end, we are already halway through this weird year.. Hope you all had a good week and crushed your goals. Mine were:

Finish ABS; I did! I even did a PFT this time. Worked out all days, even with 30+ degrees.

Add some breakfast, lunch and snacks from the mealplan to my menu: I added some. Incorporating more this week. I have been minding my food more, trying to be more intuitive.

Drink lots of water. It is crazy hot here this week (30 degrees celcius with lots of humidity) so my main goal will be to just survive ;) I made it! It was hot, but I made it..

So what are your plans this week? I have started FB30 r4 this morning.

I will try breakfast and lunch from the mealplan (unless it is a lot of baking/cooking and I have work).
