Dumbbell Confusion!!

So today was day 3 of FB Fit rd 1. I had this;

Not one I have done before and I really enjoyed it. Apart from round 5 which was a total nightmare.

Anyway, I had a funny dumbbell 'incident'. Doing bicep curls I was struggling and had to drop my weights after 6 reps (of 8). Oh well I thought must be just where I am today. Then I realised I had picked up my 19 lb weights not the 14's! I had no idea I could even do 1 rep with that weight!

A happy accident.
