"Stay Upright" Challenge - Day 13 Check-In

Hello challenge buddies!

How are you doing today on the official last day of this challenge? What did you think about this experience? Have you discovered new workouts, do you feel like it mixed things up a bit in your routine, were your balance and coordination challenged as you'd hoped? What's on your mind?

I really enjoyed switching things up and doing workouts I'd never done, or rarely. My balance and coordination were definitely challenged. I realize I have a lot more work to do on that front if I want to really improve. I'll think about a way to do some of those videos more often, especially Daniel's balance workout for beginners and his 55 min. brutal low impact workout, those were really enjoyable and funny.

Thank you for joining me on this little challenge, it was really fun checking in with you every day, Melanie and Sharon, and everyone who popped up in the comments here and there. It's really helped me with motivation. Though I'm definitely ready for some rest now. :)

What have you planned next? Are you moving on to a program or scheduling your own thing for a while, or are you also planning on resting a bit maybe?

I went to my yoga class this morning and that was enough for me today but if you're looking for some extra activity today too, here's Kelli's newest cardio workout (we haven't had much cardio this week, so maybe you're carving some more?) and some extra stretching.

30 min. Cardio https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/bodyweight-cardio-workout-at-home-cardio-with-no-equipment

AND/OR

15 min. Extra stretching https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fluid-yoga-stretches-for-flexibility-and-strength

Have fun with whatever rest or movement you're getting in today!
