this was the first workout i did on my "tour around the internet" the week the gyms closed here and i was forced to workout at home! its THE workout that made me choose FB as its most like the strength training class i was doing at the gym! ❤️

before covid i have never. ever. never worked out at home and i was in shock! i had just launched my instagram to get my modeling going and had no idea what to do.

well.. i have to say i am in the best shape of my life!( well my boyfriend says haha!).. i have decided to partially return to the gym because people and tanning! but FB will definitely continue! thank you kelly and daniel! ❤️💪🏻
