I have a square body shape which means my breast, waist, and hips are roughly the same measurements minus an inch or so. All my weight piles on my belly and that's been the bane of my existence for the last 5 years or so. I know about genetics and not being able to spot-reduce fat so I'm clear there. What I am wondering about is if I can do different exercises to give myself curves in my hips. Since the belly doesn't seem to be leaving any time soon regardless of clean eating and exercising regularly, I'd at least like to minimize it's appearance and have some curves. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
