FB30 Round 2

Hi all! Happy Friday!

When all of the craziness around COVID started, I began working from home. I was THRIVING working from home. I wasn’t tempted with unhealthy food, I had an extra hour a day freed up to workout (my commute), and I lost 20 pounds!

I’ve been back to work for 3 weeks now and I’ve been skipping workouts and sneaking kit-kats during the day at work.

My husband and I are going on vacation to Florida and Gatlinburg the first week of September so I just put FB30 Round 2 on my calendar to start Monday which will take me up through the week before we leave. I also have my meal plan ready for next week and a grocery list ready to stock up on healthy food.

So here’s to accountability!
