Taking an active rest week

I'm really debating on doing this...

I'm in the middle of FB sweat and before that I did FB Blend, back to back. My workouts were pretty intense almost every day and as some of you may know, I've been having some knee problems too (I wrote about it yesterday).

Should I take 1 week off from all intense lower body/hiit workouts and instead focus on my upper body and do some fun cardio/dance workouts instead? Or what else should I do? Im so confused and overwhelmed😭
