New here. looking for advice

Hi all

I am new to fitness blender.

A friend sent me your workout video which I did & suggested me to create an account here on your official website. I can only say..."where have u been all my life, fitness blender??"

Have been going through 'Workouts & Programs' section & im interested in trying a program of HIIT only before i move to weight lifting because i will leave gym membership then & i also want to become accustomed to Fitness blender. Which 1 should I get & do I have to be a FB Plus member to use the program? is there a limit on how many programs can be bought at once? can i get a sneakpeek into a program before making the buying decision?
