"Stay Upright" Challenge - Day 10 Check-in

Hi guys!

Today we've got Daniel's brutal low impact workout for functional strength and balance on the schedule. And his newest core routine in case you've got extra time and want to make your abs burn. I'm really excited about that low impact workout, I've been wanting to do it for a long time and the day has finally come! 😁 Well actually, I hope I'll be able to do it tonight in the heat of my living room... I'm finally back at work after a three-week lay-off (YEAH!! I was starting to feel like a real couch potato, at least now I'm a desk potato, it feels less useless) so I've not been able to workout earlier like yesterday.
