Working out with back pain

Hi guys!

So, I have a problem. My upper back, or more like that part of the spine between my shoulder blades (sorry, I don't really know the word for it), for some reason has been hurting me for two weeks. It's actually on the left side of the spine, not on the right, and it hurts when I hunch forward a bit and lift my shoulders or take a deep breath. I haven't worked out for two weeks hoping it will pass, I don't know what could have caused it, maybe poor form.

Does anyone know if it's still okay to workout even if it's for 15 minutes a day? Or maybe I should just stretch? Anyone who's had this problem?

Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
