You can't drive a car without gas, right? Well, you can, but that's not the point.😅 Having some food to fuel yourself properly for the day is 'feeding' your brain too. What I’m saying is – introducing breakfast back again was a good call.😁
The biggest personal victory was filling up half of my plate with veggies before meat, sides, dressings, and/or sauces. Also, eating more beans. As a result, I stayed fuller longer, making the mornings when I eat a bit later - bearable.😉
Furthermore, I’m becoming really good at ‘watering myself’, as I’m not required to skip non-caloric beverages. Drinking tons of water, seltzer, and unsweetened beverages (read: tea) all 'count' toward my daily hydration needs. So far, so good.😊
Now the bad news, sort of. I had a few headaches.🙄 I was sure because of the weather. Well, they stopped after eating sugar (read: chocolate). Hence the meme, to indulge and to avoid a headache in the future. Smart, no?😎
