Low impact core & lower body to heal an injury


Any high impact leg stuff will be out of bounds for a moment so I've taken this as a time to do more fine tuned exercises, attack that upper body and core really well. Today I did Pilates and core. Not quite the intensity I normally like, but I feel like I've done something and that's really all I need 😁

I'm not someone who likes to "chill" what it comes to working out. I like to get things done all guns blazing, sweat and burn. So perhaps the next days/weeks/I don't know will be a challenge for that part of my brain. 🤔
