First Trimester Workouts

Hello lovely people. Apparently I am on my fifth week of pregnancy. I have been on FB since 2014, I think the only times I haven't worked out were vacations and I intend to workout throughout pregnancy providing all is well. I wanted to ask you, those mummies who worked out during pregnancy, how did you modify? I think reducing the weighs and not killing yourself with hiit is a good starting point? Thanks in advance
