8 week progress update.

Hello FBers! So far I have completed FB SWEAT and FB BURN. The top photos are from 4/27/20 and the lower photos are from today. My stamina has improved so much. I can feel my muscles more and I can see that I’m toning up. This is a slow process but so worth it. It has been easy to stick with when I’m not focused on instant results. I just decided that FB is a part of my day. I feel amazing after I workout and the results that follow are a plus! I started at like 148 and I’m currently at 144. I’m excited to start FB FIT round 2 tomorrow. I hope everyone is enjoying their Monday!!
