Between weights, how do I challenge myself?

Happy Monday all, hope you all had a great weekend.

Quick question. I have found that I am between weights on some moves. So with lateral and ventral raises 6lb's is no longer a challenge. I can do 10 or more reps with clean form easily.

But the next heaviest weight I have (8 lb) is too heavy. I can do maybe 2 lateral raises but my ROM is not spot on and maybe 3 ventral with clean form. It's not that I have a goal to lift heavier but the lighter weight is no longer a challenge.

Any thoughts on how I can push myself? I know clean form is king. I was thinking maybe I could add pulses with the 6's until I can lift the 8's properly?

Any tips would be great, thanks
