Early morning workout; when to eat?

Hi,

I usually work out in the afternoon (nap time ;) but am trying to start workouts in the early morning. So when do you eat breakfast if you work out first thing in the morning?

I want the energy to workout well and not vomit or pass out, either!

This week I'm doing Workout Challenge Burn Fat/Build Muscle (I've done the challenge before but doing a break after Bodyweight 4 week plan), and I had to take several breaks during the HIIT portion (not too long, but still). I ate a part of banana and handful of almonds just before working out.

What do you recommend?
