Changes makes you stronger

Sunday used to be my rest day dedicated to 30 minutes yoga.

On june 1st I came back to work and now my rest days are always changing because I work in shifts - I have to adjust my FB Fit to my work schedule.

The first two weeks were tough, not gonna lie. I felt tired because my day became longer and I acumulated more chores, but now I feel more used to this routine and my energie levels are back to normal.

Today was a HIIT + strenght day and after slaying that workout I made some pancaques to make me happy.
