FB 30 Low Impact - Round 2 - Day 22 - Lower Body

I completed my workout for today. It was a lower body workout with Daniel and my legs were shaking through the whole workout so bad, that I couldn't even keep my balance. That's just goes to show you that when you lift enough weight for the body, and the exercise your body will start to shake. Because if your not lifting enough weight for the body then you are not working the body at all. Because if you don't even try to workout then you are not burning muscle or fat off your body from the workout. I cleaned the Alpaca pen before I did the workout this morning, and it didn't take me as long to clean the pen this morning as it did for yesterday. So after I am done with my online with Fitness Blender I won't be able to talk to all of you until tomorrow, when I come back from my dad's house. So until then I hope that you all try to have a fun day around the house with your friends and family and do something fun for the whole family to enjoy.
