Good morning/ evening

Today is upper body & cardio day. I’m posting my check in now as I’m about to start and I’m a busy bee later. I’m really looking forward to the upper body strength.

Seeing as I can’t say much about the actual routines because I’m yet to start it I thought I’d share my breakfast with you. Today I made cloud eggs. I didn’t make the prettiest ones but they were very tasty. If anyone wants to make these they’re so so easy to make. If you search cloud eggs you can find various recipes.
