Finished day 8 of Sweat! This program is taking me longer that I had expected (thanks to exams, a sprained ankle and the flu) but I'm so excited to keep going again!! Took lots of breaks during strength. Plus modified the HIIT so it was more like low impact cardio because my lungs aren't ready yet.
But woo hoo workout complete. And exam stress? Gone! (for the time being at least :D)
