Get your mindset in a positive place right from square one.

Unfortunately, it is sometimes easier said than done, but try to get your mindset in a positive place before you start your workouts.

Remember, you are doing this for you...and you should be extremely proud that you are showing up for yourself and doing something that provides such genuine benefit.

Regardless of what your goals are, or whether you are making the progress that you would like, the important thing is that you are working out (and hopefully trying to eat well!).
