Really odd feeling doing squats

Okay, i know this may sound weird, but occasionally while im in the middle of a strength training routine, ill get this weird zapping electrical type of feeling in the muscle i am engaging. It doesnt hurt, per se, but its the strangest feeling. Kind of like the feeling you get when you hear nails on a chalk board.

Anyone have any ideas🤔🤔
