Hello everyone!
I thought I might just start the thread today. Hope no one is disappointed if they wanted to start the thread.
First of all, I wanna give a quick shoutout to Storm: I hope you and your family are alright and that your foot recovers soon! Take a break as long as you need it!
My thought of the day:
I have been surprised by my own strength many times. Today, my strength lies within being at peace with myself.
As I wrote a few days ago, I struggled a bit with having enough energy to workout at all. I checked my calendar and realised I have been working out consistently 4-6 times a week for 12 weeks now! So, I think the break is very much needed. I’ll delete Low Impact Round 2 from the calendar and save it for another time. 😊 I already feel better after a few rest days but the next week will be off as well. However, I am kinda in the mood for a core workout! Call me crazy :D So I am picking one of the short 10-15 minutes abs routines later 😉
What are your plans for the weekend? Something fun planned? Working out? Having delicious foods? Relaxing? We had friends over yesterday and just talked, laughed, had fun and suddenly it was 4am! How did this happen? :D So, I’m taking it easy today, just reading an article for an uni assignment.
