Knee Injury Suggestions!

Hey everyone,

A bit of info to start off, I am a female, 22 y/o, and currently 170 pounds. I had a full knee dislocation back in late February. Luckily the damage was minor, there was no surgery needed, I have healed enough to where there's full motion in the knee without any pain and I am able to sit/stand for long periods no problem. Only things I cannot do are run, jump, and walk down the stairs properly. Because of this, I am seeing a physical therapist to help with the final stretch of healing so I can get back on my feet and become fully active again. However, with summer coming around and being at the biggest weight I've ever been, I'm feeling a little insecure and looking to lose some weight without putting too much strain on my injury. If anyone has suggestions on some very low-impact moves or exercises that can specifically target my lower body while helping to lose weight, that would be awesome. Thanks!
