Mixing it up!

Hello Blenders and happy friday!

So today I was planning to do a tough UBS and kickboxing routine. I do love it but when I looked at it today (always a mistake) I just though ugh! 43 mins, it's so long. Which it isn't of course but you know when you get that feeling? Or maybe just me.

Anyway before my 'just take the day off, if you don't kill yourself the workout doesn't 'count' voice could kick in I did a really quick search and found this. (Yes I did warm up)

UB worked but still had some gas so I did this;

I did repeat some moves as a result but that's OK. This is new fave quick go to. It flies by really fast and Daniel gives some great instruction on adjusting hand position to vary the challenge. It's really engaging.

Finally I decided to push the lungs a bit and found this;

It's super fast! and did the trick. And the moral of the story is?....

By the time I did a freestyle warm up and cool down I ended up working out for 38 mins. And the original video was only 5 minutes longer! Am pleased I managed to trick my brain.
