Day 4 and 6 - Workout Complete (and filmed)

Hello Everyone,

Well I am a few days late but wanted to check in and let everyone know that I am back on track... Well... for the moment anyway.

I completed day 6 on Tuesday ( a nice easy recovery workout) and then got a new workout filmed on Wednesday. It took me a bit to get started (had to redo the intro 7 times, ugh) but I eventually got into the swing of it and got a really good upper body workout done. Look for it in the next few weeks.

On another note, how many of you with Plus memberships have done Kelli's Breathing video? (Breathing Workout - Breathing Exercises for Stress, Overwhelm, and Exhaustion) How did you like it and would you like more like this? We are doing some planning tomorrow on what videos to film for YouTube and Plus over the next few weeks/months and just wanted to see if this is something you would like us to put on the list. Would anyone be interested in mindfulness, or meditation style videos?
