Falling off the bandwagon..

hi everyone. I'm going through a stressful time and I'm finding myself eating more snacks/ junk and craving them like crazy the past few days. My uncle died of a heart attack unexpectedly last Monday and ever since, family and friends have been bringing over foods and desserts to our homes. My dad also just moved to another state yesterday - and he was my only family. My rock. I'm just feeling unmotivated and saddened and find myself emotional eating. I'm still doing my workouts but feeling ashamed I guess. Sorry I just needed to vent! Thanks to everyone who read this. I appreciate any kind words or advice ❤
