"Listen to your body"

This may be the thing Daniel and Kelly says to us more than everything: listen to your body.

Yesterday I had a severe case of allergies and before bed I had to take my anti histaminic. This stuff is so strong that I completely knock out for the night. And sometimes... the day after. Which was the case today.

When I woke up I was well rested, my allergies were controlled but I felt without energy. So, I decided to work in the afternoon instead.

Boy oh boy... I barely got throuh the warm up for the HIIT I was intended to do today. And with that, I reschedule that HIIT for tomorow and instead did a 30 minute yoga workout.

At first I felt sad for not completing the HIIT, but yoga always comes trhoug for us :)

So, I just wanna say to someone who may feel like this today: somedays we don't have the strenght, the energy or the time to do a long hard workout, it's ok. We'll always have tomorow, and above all, we did what matter the most: we listened to our body!
