FB Fit R2: Day 1 - PFT Results

I still can't believe I'm starting Fit 2. It's definitely going to be a challenge!

I'm hoping to see more muscle definition from it, although not necessarily weight loss (I'm at a 21.5 BMI so I figure I'm fine on the weight front?). I've taken a before picture but I'll wait til I've got the After pic too and post both.

However, I think most importantly I want to continue feeling stronger and improving within myself! Can't wait to see those changes in 8 weeks!

My PFT results are:

1 mile run: 10m 33s

Push-ups: 3 full, 22 half

Squats (Bodyweight): 90

Plank: 48.6s

Sit and Reach: +7"

I feel like these results are ok and are a good reflection of where I'm at right now. A good start to the program overall! 💙
