Happy!

I have gone on a 30 minute walk, pushing a stroller, for three mornings in a row now. It’s a great feeling! I am still working on my eating habits, I keep finding myself thinking “I can eat that ice cream because I’m going to do a workout today” which is totally counterproductive. I just want to get out of that habit. I know I need to allow myself to eat intuitively but right now my body still just wants tons of sugar and processed foods! I’m going grocery shopping today. What are your favorite healthy snacks and fast meals?

I am on Day 3 of the FB Burn Plus Challenge. I, so far, have not had time to do the extra credits. But feeling good!
