Pauses during workouts.

How do you guys feel about taking pauses during workouts?

What is the best thing... To take as many pauses as you want/need and really try to keep your form and do the exercises to the best of your ability? Or to try to not take extra pauses and focus on the endurance even if your form might suffer a bit?

I know that Daniel and Kelly talk a lot about of important it is to keep your form, so I have been doing more pauses when needed.

But how should I think about endurance if I do it like that? Just that I will get more endurance as I go or what?
