Not losing any weight

Hello everyone!

I'm finishing my third week of FB Bodyweight and am not seeing ANY changes in my weight. I know that weight is a bad indicator, but still. I don't feel like I'm loosing a lot of inches either.

After two weeks of doing the programme, following the advice given in the programme guide, I changed my eating habits and started eating several small meals a day instead of my usual two or three max. My diet has been clean for a while now, so I didn't change anything when starting the programme. I started counting calories a few days ago to see if I was maybe overeating without realising it, but I don't think I am. I'm eating between 1400 (a day when I was sick, so didn't have much appetite) and 1900 a day. A bit more on "cheat days" which are rare. I'm 26 years old, 160 cm tall and weigh 62kg.

Any advice?
