Salmon, greens (spinach & arugula), green beans and potatoes. We both went back for seconds on the potatoes and followed up with dark chocolate & fruit for dessert :D
We've been really busy lately so we had to kind of reset and be careful to really make time to slow down and eat mindfully, at least for one meal a day, usually dinner. It's been really nice and I've remembered that cooking is not so bad 😜
Loki is like Waldo in all food pictures; he's always lingering when there's a chance that food might fall on the floor!
