First workout complete in weeks

Hey everyone! Hope you've all been doing well.

I hit a bit of a rough patch lately in terms of diet and exercise. I haven't been eating healthy/clean lately and haven't worked out in weeks.

Today I decided I needed to get a better handle on things and be more disciplined. I've started tracking what I'm eating again. Not necessarily calorie watching, but more like a food diary just to make me more aware of what I'm consuming. I also completed day 1 of the bored easily program today! I can't believe how quickly I got out of shape! That was definitely a hardworking routine to get be back on track.

I have a tendency to do really good for a few months then fall off the wagon again for another few months. I want to break this pattern, but am having a tough time fighting it. Has anyone else experienced this? What's worked for you in terms of staying motivated?
