This is probably one of the most difficult Kickboxing workout videos we have ever done. The 5 out of 5 difficulty rating could easily be warranted just by the cardiovascular effort needed in this routine but honestly the mental aspect is just as difficult. So, if you are looking for a challenge today for both your body and your brain then enjoy this 40 minute home kickboxing workout.

We had some exciting meetings last week about upcoming FB Plus features and we think you're really going to like this next update. I'll give you a hint; it's something that a lot of you do already, but now, it's going to be way easier and faster. Unfortunately it's not that we figured out how to fit 20 minutes of HIIT into 2 minutes 😝 It's a big update so it will take a little while - I'll update you on expected launch as we get a more clear date.
Every time we plan our next few months of development, we add more features to the list! The ideas just keep coming - from our FB Family, our team, and ourselves. It's so much fun. We intend to just keep doing the best that we can, and building the best site and content that we can. It feels good to have something so exciting to focus on.
