Yesterday, I finished FB Burn2. I enjoyed the program a lot. It's challenging, especially when you include all the extra credits, but doable. I had a burnout walk after my #workoutcomplete.

Those who have been reading JustRaven daily check-ins might have seen me writing several times about a Kestrel family and sharing pics of the birdhouse they resided for a few weeks. Yesterday, not only my program ended. For the Kestrel kids the time in the birdhouse also came to an end. The first juvenile fledged the nest last Saturday and when I returned yesterday, all five had left home.

To celebrate, and to give you an overview of what happened around the birdhouse during the last few weeks, I've assembled two picture collages, one of the chicks enjoying their freedom outside the nest (above), and one of the weeks between the first picture - the bird butt photo of the daily check-in of May 12 - and last weekend (in the reply).
