Most number of reps

I was thinking, what exercise do you think you’ve done the most reps of ever?

I was thinking squats. I mean, it just has to be doesn’t it? Think of all those sneaky variations 🤪

But then... during my workout today I considered back bows. They manage to sneak into upper body (maybe back bow pulls), core of course, and lower body!

Can anyone else think of any other exercise that we must do an awful lot of? 🧐
