I'm reading posts every week from those who need help with motivation, as well as the many great suggestions from the community as to how to deal with it.

It covers things like why we exercise, why we often lack motivation, what endorphins do, etc. It is very well explained and helped me a lot. It is something I'm going to keep for future reading.
