Steps to Success

I woke up a little late this morning but I did go on a walk right after breakfast! I’m so happy I did it. I did as some had suggested last night and listened to a podcast while walking and it made 30 minutes go by so fast!

By the time I got home it was soo hot so I definitely need to be going as soon as I’m done with breakfast from now on, no lolly-gagging.

My son loved it as well, he ended up nappping some in his stroller which I actually don’t prefer because then he doesn’t continue to nap once I bring him inside, so he ends up napping a very short amount of time, but I’ll just have to add an extra nap to today to make up for it!

Im going to start a challenge or a workout program today but unsure what to do.

I tried doing the FB You Choose Challenge starting last week but fell off after two days.

Hmmm. I am feeling much more motivated right now. I also made a list of “whys” this morning as some had suggested. I hope this is the start of some healthy consistency!
