How to stop overeating

Hi y'all Blenderers, hope you're all well and happy.

I was wondering, when you're trying to lose fat and eating less food than usual, what's your strategy to stop eating after a meal?

Because I find it relatively easy to not snack, but when I do start to eat (lunch/dinner) sometimes it's very difficult for me to stop (I'm not talking about binging, I mean to stop "early", when you're still a bit hungry... With the goal of reaching a calorie deficit...), especially when I have access to food (see: workplace where people oftenbring sweets, damn) and don't have good distractions...

So yeah, maybe you have got some tricks to share with me?
