Different challenge

Happy Monday FB family!

Today was a total body workout and I did this: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/total-body-strength-training-with-dumbbells-challenging-dynamic-superset-workout . It was actual quite fun considering that I'm not a huge fan of doing repetitions. I'll admit that I did lose count a lot during the exercises so I may have snuck in a couple extra reps by accident.....andddd my arms and legs are officially jelly!!

I've really enjoyed doing total body exercises during the week but it does feel odd not working out for 5 days. In between some of my total body routines I have got a few yoga/ stretching videos so that if I feel like I want a little extra work, some light movement would be good. I could also go for a walk as well if I don't want to do yoga.
