So my head chose today to flare up with pain - which I'm hoping doesn't become a migraine considering I'm supposed to be going back to work on Tuesday!

I was so grateful to see a third, Pilates option on Day 12 of the FB Plus You Choose challenge - that's all I could manage today!

I felt a bit better mentally afterwards too 💙
