Frustrated. Curious about what others are doing in this situation...
For the last 4 or 5 months my work schedule has been loathsome. So at the end of the day (5 days a week), I get just enough time to pick one choice between food, sleep or exercise. Most of the time I end up choosing sleep or food so I end up rescheduling the workouts. Any more than 4 days without a workout and I start the program over again. I've already restarted 3 different workout plans since November!
However, I'm curious, has anyone else gone through this? How may rescheduled/missed workouts is too many before you just pick another program and/or start it over again? Maybe I'm just being too hard on myself. What are other people doing??
Most of the workouts that fit my schedule need to be 30-40min or less so that leaves me with the programs that have workouts 5 days a week. I wish it was a perfect world where we could lose weight on 30min workouts 3 or 4 times a week but that just ain't happening.
