Day 39 of Fit 1:
Looks like another cardio day, I think I am starting to miss strength training.
I got all the seeds planted yesterday and baked chocolate banana bread for snacking on.
Today is farm and garden work as usually. My self-care will be hanging in the hammock this afternoon listening to the river's song.
